Willmott Dixon Interiors has helped Travelodge significantly expand its hotel presence after transforming 52 Innkeeper's Lodge hotels into Travelodges following their disposal in July by Mitchells and Butlers.
Plans to develop the former Eastfield High School playing fields, vacant since 1995, will soon become a reality. Brenley Park LLP, a joint venture between Willmott Dixon Homes and Notting Hill Housing Group, have exchanged contracts with the Homes and Communities Agency to develop the seven acre site in partnership together.
