Stewart Brundell

Stewart is the MD for our construction business that serves customers in North London and the Eastern Home Counties. He started with our company as management trainee and went on to became our first ever Trainee of the Year, an annual award that recognises the contribution of those at the start of their careers.

Stewart's promotion through our business reflects an ethos that our people should enjoy a career of a lifetime when working at Willmott Dixon. Prior to becoming MD in 2024, he served in several senior operational roles before being promoted to deputy MD, then MD.

Our London & East region delivers a mix of projects that include major regeneration schemes like the Gascoigne neighbourhood renewal in Barking for Be First, as well as the complex renewal of property such as creating TBC London for Fore Partnerships as one of London's most sustainable office environments. Stewart's team were also appointed to the University of Cambridge's capital works framework in 2023, and have delivered several large regeneration-based projects for Westminster CC, such as nearly 200 homes at Harrow Road, which followed our work at Dudley House (below) to create more affordable homes for Londoners.
