Jo Mills

Jo leads our decarbonisation service, helping our customers to address a wealth of energy efficiency opportunities as they look to improve the performance of their buildings.

Joining Willmott Dixon in 2022, Jo has an extensive portfolio of decarbonisation expertise. Prior to joining, she was the Director of Programmes for Salix Finance. Here she led the delivery of some of the Government’s multi-billion pound decarbonisation grants programmes. This included the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS) and the Public Sector Low Carbon Skills Fund (LCSF).
