Chris is National Head of Development (Regeneration) at Willmott Dixon Developments and leads the business across South Wales and the South West of England. He works with customers, local authorities and partners to shape and deliver development opportunities, supporting projects from early strategy through to delivery.
With almost 20 years' experience spanning construction, operations and development, Chris brings a broad understanding of the development process from concept through to completion. His expertise includes placemaking, stakeholder engagement, negotiation and partnership working, with a particular focus on town centre regeneration and residential-led development. He supports customers throughout the development lifecycle, helping to unlock complex schemes and turn ambition into deliverable projects that create lasting value for communities.
