Willmott Dixon Partnerships provides services to over 150,000 homes and properties across England, primarily for local authorities and Registered Providers. Katy’s appointment is part of the company’s strategy to achieve organic growth over the next three years including extending coverage into Wales. Willmott Dixon already has a large construction presence in Wales, but not yet with repairs and maintenance.
Prior to joining Willmott Dixon, Katy was head of business development at Frank Haslam Milan, covering the West Midlands, South West and South Wales, with responsibility for business development, bid management, customer care and public relations.
Katy says, “When Willmott Dixon outlined their ambitious growth plans and recent success in repairs and maintenance, the opportunity to help drive this was too good to miss. We have secured some excellent contract wins over recent months with clients such as Notting Hill Housing Trust, Guinness South, Home Group and Affinity Sutton. We also look after 60,000 properties for Birmingham City Council. I’m here to build on that and help grow Willmott Dixon Partnerships in areas like Wales where we do not yet have a presence.”
Katy will also be marketing Willmott Dixon Partnership’s ‘transformational change’ approach, which aims to achieve ‘change’ in outsourced service delivery through investment in creating a highly skilled and motivated workforce using the latest technology. The ‘transformational’ approach includes creating a legacy of skills investment, employment opportunities and community involvement on each long-term contract.
