Continues long association that's delivered £1.1bn of work for public bodies
Willmott Dixon is continuing its near 17-year association with the Southern Construction Framework (SCF) after being selected for the 5th generation SCF Construct framework.
It is one of 20 contractors awarded a place on SCF Construct, a leading construction procurement framework delivered by the public sector for the public sector in the South of England.

Willmott Dixon has a place on all three £4m+ lots, covering South West, South East and London, allowing it to continue to serve public sector customers in these regions, including those in education, health, local authority and leisure developments. Willmott Dixon has been involved with SCF since 2006 on its previous four frameworks, delivering over £1.1bn of work during that period to public bodies.
Current and previous work by the company procured through CF include Bristol Beacon for Bristol City Council, Horsham’s new fire station and training centre for West Sussex County Council, a large residential development at 300 Harrow Road for Westminster City Council, the Silverwood SEND School for North Wiltshire Council and Lucy Faithful House for Oxford Council.

For its 5th generation, SCF has chosen contractors that can demonstrate exemplary carbon benchmarking assessment for all builds and has prioritised carbon retrofit capabilities as part of its industry leading Carbon and Social Value targets.
Adam Sanford, SCF Operations Lead, London & South East said: “It was important for us in approaching this latest SCF Construct bidding process to ensure that it was an open and transparent process to attract the widest set of contractors. As a result, we are delighted to have some new faces working with us, bringing valuable new expertise to our construction schemes.”
The new generation SCF Construct complements the current SCF Residential and SCF Consult frameworks which have delivered over £8 billion worth of combined construction schemes in the last 16 years since SCF was first established.
