The list attracts nearly 1,000 companies vying to be included in the top 100 and this year Willmott Dixon’s position rose from 75th to 56th, higher than any other large contractor.

It allows our HR team to take forward this feedback and look at how we can enhance the business as we strive to be the best contractor to work for.”
