New Physical and Recreational Training Centre provides modern fitness facilities for 1,800 soldiers and their families at one of Britain’s key military bases
Willmott Dixon again led the major contractor presence in the Sunday Times Best Companies to work for list, published on 7 March.
The list attracts nearly 1,000 companies vying to be included in the top 100 and this year Willmott Dixon’s position rose from 75th to 56th, higher than any other large contractor.
Rick Willmott says, “What’s good about the Sunday Times list is that 70 per cent of our score is derived from the online staff survey, so we get honest and accurate feedback about on their views about working here. It allows our HR team to take forward this feedback and look at how we can enhance the business as we strive to be the best contractor to work for.”
