Administration Coordinator

Willmott Dixon are looking to recruit a highly organised Administrator to join our National Product Team. This is a hybrid role with an office base in Letchworth, Hertfordshire with a flexible work pattern to be agreed.


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing wide ranging administrative support to all the various functions of the National Product Team. The role requires a proactive and efficient individual who can handle a variety of tasks with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.


The role is involved with all the main functions of the National Product Team including data collection and tracking, website content management, organising online and live events, tracking team invoices and budget, managing quality delivery (QD) Checklists and assisting with their review and amendments, support on software and systems development projects and calendar management.

The ideal candidate...


  • Proven experience as an administrator.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite o365. (Intermediate excel experience preferable)



  • Experience in Word Press and InDesign (not essential as training will be available)



  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.


Working Hours: We are looking for someone to work 9.00am to 5:30pm and could consider flexible working hours.
