Tintern, Sonnet, and Hamlet houses in Brentford
96 high-quality, sustainable homes, helping to foster inclusive and diverse communities
39 homes constructed in Hampstead nature reserve, built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3
The scheme is situated on a large site of which two thirds will remain as a landscaped nature reserve. The tenure split of the development allows for 31 of the apartments to be allocated to private sale (four of these will be penthouse apartments), two shared ownership properties, and six affordable rent apartments.
All of the dwellings have balconies or large terraces and have a separate private access from the front of the property.
The development was constructed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3. Sustainable credentials include photovoltaic panels to the roof and underfloor heating throughout, serviced by individual energy efficient boilers.
Willmott Dixon was appointed by Taylor Wimpey to construct this development of 39 dwellings over five storeys plus two houses in West Hampstead.
