161 new homes built as part of a major regeneration scheme in a deprived area of north-west London
Craven Park is the 5th phase of what was previously known as the Church End estate or Resiform estate for Catalyst Housing Group. Willmott Dixon built all the phases, over 700 homes in total.
The transformation of a major part of the Church End estate started in 1998 and has been delivered by our housing team over five phases. Craven Park was the last element of the regeneration, comprising 161 homes that provide a mix of one and two bedroom accommodation for shared ownership and equity purchase.
Previous phases involved decanting residents from their existing housing. This was a constrained site, with a railway goods line on one side, so technically complex for the team to deliver.
The site consists of eight five-storey blocks, built from concrete frame, with lightweight steel frame penthouse flats on four of the blocks. All blocks have lightweight steel infills to the inner skin, with brickwork cladding to the exterior.
An undercroft basement car park is accessed via a new road into the development.
