Our team of residential specialists have created 94 new homes, in partnership with the London Borough of Hounslow, for people over 55 and also those with specialist requirements.

The extra-care housing development in Feltham provides homes that allow residents to enjoy individual and independent living while also having access to support and care when needed.

Bristol Court, which replaced an ex-servicemen’s club, is laid out over three stories with the mix of one and two bedroom homes adding to the borough’s provision of specialist accommodation, with a number of homes catering for people with dementia and learning disabilities.

The scheme also boasts a number of additional facilities that will offer excellent onsite services for residents including a restaurant, activity rooms, communal lounge, a laundry, a hairdresser space, therapy room, CCTV for added security and peace of mind, a scheme manager and 24/7 staff team to provide necessary care and support.
