The client is Muse Developments, and the first phase involved construction of 150 homes, a mix of apartments and town houses, all for private sale beside the Grand Union Canal.

The project also included commercial units in three retained art deco buildings. Sustainability features include district heating, green roofs, roof top allotments and solar photovoltaic panels.

The first homes were completed in winter 2013, and the entire phase one was handed over in autumn 2014.

We are now on site with phase two which will be completed later this year.

The whole development will eventually comprise 550 homes.
