85 Gresham Street EC2, office refurbishment
Six storey, 58,000 sq ft refurbishment and fit-out for the City of London Corporation
Willmott Dixon Interiors carried out the refurbishment and fit-out of 85 Gresham Street in the City of London to Category A standard.
85 Gresham Street is a 58,000 sq ft, six-storey building constructed in the 1980s, in the Guildhall Conservation Area of the City of London. It compromises a basement, raised ground floor and a further five floors of offices.
Willmott Dixon was invited to fit out the building ahead of bringing it back to market to let as in a key city location near Bank.
We assumed full design and build responsibility from RIBA Stage E.
Works included refurbishment of mechanical and electrical systems, lift, reception and toilets.
Willmott Dixon now works as a trusted partner with the City of London Corporation on a range of projects. Together we have created a standardised specification model for future property fit outs.
