Sarah Fraser

Sarah Fraser is Head of Social Value at Willmott Dixon, providing strategic leadership across the business and leading our Building Lives ambitions within Now or Never, our sustainability strategy. She works with our people, customers and partners to turn social priorities into practical action, measurable impact and lasting value for communities.

Sarah joined Willmott Dixon in 2006 and has held senior roles spanning organisational development, sustainability strategy, operational leadership and social value.

She holds a BSc in Psychology, is a senior member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is a Level 5 Coaching Professional.

Sarah chairs the Peter Willmott Foundation Board. Having led the Willmott Dixon Foundation since 2017, she helped guide its evolution from the umbrella for our social value activity into a distinct charitable entity working across Willmott Dixon Construction, Willmott Dixon Interiors, Willmott Dixon Holdings and Fortem. It supports organisations that help people overcome barriers, access opportunity and thrive.
