Our latest low carbon milestone was completing the UK’s largest first Passivhaus 'Plus' carbon positive School at Hackbridge Primary School in 2019 while we are responsible for Bristol’s first BREEAM Outstanding 2014 project, Cubex’s Aurora Office Development at its Finzels Reach development.

We have a major track-record in BREEAM Outstanding projects , including a new HQ for WWF and new home for the Met Office’s super-computer in Exeter.

Our expertise for low carbon properties includes working with the Low Carbon Workplace to deliver a series of low energy offices in London, while our Interiors company achieved a BREEAM milestone when it delivered No 4 The Square, Stockley Park; the first non-domestic refurbishment and fit-out to achieve the 2014 BREEAM Excellent rating.

Also, Keynsham Civic Centre has one of the best energy efficiency records for a civic building, being EPC A rated and it achieved the title of ‘Best of the Best’ at the 2015 British Council of Offices awards.
