Willmott Dixon hosts preview of Open Doors 2026 ready for record-breaking annual initiative
Team welcomed students to Queen Mary University of London project in major drive to attract next generation
Willmott Dixon reached the topping out stage of its project to build a development of twelve apartments and nine townhouses on Upper Richmond Road in Barnes Common.
Working for family run developer Ansgate, Hampton Row is a development that significantly enhances the area by replacing what was a large concrete multi-storey car park with much needed new housing in Barnes.
To mark structural completion, a topping ceremony was held when the last section of cement was poured into place at the top of the homes. It means the final finishes can be applied before completion.
David Smith, Managing Director of Willmott Dixon Housing, said;
“Ansgate’s vision for Hampton Row is based on delivering spacious modern, high-quality living space. They have not only removed a carpark which was regarded as a eye-saw, they are replacing it with an elegant row of townhouses and apartments that will contribute to the current housing demands in London. I am really excited to see Hampton Row complete later in the year.”
